Leila & Nugget Mystery Box Set

This box set collects the three books of the Leila & Nugget Mystery series! With her trusty dog, Nugget, Leila is ready to take on any case that comes her way.

Kidnapped pet? Missing mascot? Decades old treasure hunt? Leila Beal and Nugget are on the trail!

  • Book One: Who Stole Mr. T?: Leila and Nugget have big plans for their snow day—that is, until a neighborhood pet goes missing. Now, they’ve got to solve the mystery before the turtlenapper can strike again. Could it be Weirdy Beardy, the construction worker? Perhaps it’s the cranky, old neighbor lady. Or maybe, just maybe, this is an inside job. Who Stole Mr. T? will keep young readers guessing until the last page.
  • Book Two: The Case with No Clues: Mr. McGee was the principal of Englewood Elementary in 1947, and the students have just discovered that he created a massive treasure hunt all those years ago… But Mr. McGee disappeared before he could share any of the clues. Seventy years later, Leila and Nugget are ready to crack the case and find that missing treasure.
  • Book Three: Bark at the Park: This year’s Bark at the Park event at the Middleburg Red Dogs baseball stadium could not have gotten off to a worse start. The first pitch hasn’t even been thrown yet, and there’s already been a furry intruder, a dog stampede, and a kidnapped mascot. Now it’s up to Leila and Kait, along with their dogs Nugget and Baxter, to rescue Red Dogs’ mascot and save Bark at the Park. It’s a race to solve the mystery before the final out!

About the Author

Deserae and Dustin Brady are the parents of Leila Brady (a girl) and Nugget Brady (a dog). They live in Cleveland, Ohio. Dustin wants to buy a turtle. Deserae does not. If you live with a cute dog, Deserae and Dustin would love to see it! You can email your picture to dustin@dustinbradybooks.com.

April Brady grew up in Maine and has been bringing her imagination to life in pencil since she was a wee lass. Teaming up with her family to tell stories is her favorite thing to do. When she isn’t drawing, she gets to have new adventures with her own little girls (the real Leila’s cousins). If you like drawing your adventures or pets and family too, she’d be happy to see your art at aprilbradyart@yahoo.com.
