About the Author

Daniel D. Fox is the executive creative director of games at Andrews McMeel Publishing. He won two gold ENNIE Awards at Gen Con for Best Game and Product of the Year with his fantasy horror game ZWEIHÄNDER Grim & Perilous RPG. He is the lead designer for Main Gauche RPG, Flames of Freedom: Grim & Perilous RPG, ZWEIHÄNDER Fantasy Horror RPG Starter Kit, and Fever Knights RPG. He also edited James Introcaso's Eternal Night of Lockwood and Ryan Verniere's new horror-fantasy Blackbirds RPG. When Daniel isn't working on tabletop RPGs, he's enjoying his other favorite hobby: cafe racer motorcycles. He lives in the City of Fountains with his wife Ali and their two young kobolds.

James Introcaso is an ENNIE award-winning game designer, author, and podcaster. His credits include lead developer at MCDM, the lead designer of the Burn Bryte role-playing game from Roll20, and designer on the bestselling Dungeons & Dragons games Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus​ (2019), Eberron: Rising from the Last War (2019), Baldur’s Gate: Descent into Avernus (2019), Ghosts of Saltmarsh (2019), Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage (2018), and Waterdeep: Dragon Heist (2018). Thanks to his multi-platinum hits on the Dungeon Masters’ Guild, James was named one of the original DMs Guild Adepts and works directly with Wizards of the Coast to develop content that supports their new releases. When James isn’t working on RPG products, he writes award-winning educational television shows, commercials, and web videos. He lives in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with his spouse, Bonnie, and their dog, Lilo.
