Judith Martin, aka Miss Manners, is a columnist, bestselling author of numerous books, and etiquette authority. Born a perfect lady in an imperfect society, Miss Manners is the pioneer mother of today’s civility movement. She lives in Washington, D.C., and Venice, Italy.
Jacobina Martin is a co-author of the syndicated column, "Miss Manners", Miss Manners’ Guide to a Surprisingly Dignified Wedding and the ebook, Placid Pregnancy: A Miss Manners Guide. She is also a longtime faculty member and director at Chicago’s world famous comedy theater, Second City, as well as a Design Lead and Facilitator for their corporate arm, Second City Works.
Nicholas Ivor Martin is co-author of Miss Manners Minds Your Business with his mother, Judith Martin, and the author of The DaCapo Opera Manual. He worked at the White House and was publisher of the Washington Monthly before becoming Vice President of operations at the Lyric Opera of Chicago. He lives in Chicago with his daughter.
